Customer Success Lead

We're looking for a Customer Success Lead to ensure our customers get maximum value from the platform. You'll be the primary relationship owner for our mid-market and enterprise accounts, helping teams adopt the product, expand usage, and become long-term advocates.

What you'll do:
  • Own the post-sale relationship for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts

  • Lead onboarding for new customers, ensuring smooth implementation and time-to-value within the first 30 days

  • Monitor account health metrics and proactively address risks before they become churn

  • Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales on upsell and cross-sell motions

  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product roadmap priorities

What you bring:
  • 4+ years in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role in B2B SaaS

  • Experience managing a portfolio of accounts with a combined ARR of $1M or more

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive customer outcomes and business decisions

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders

  • A genuine passion for helping customers succeed and a proactive approach to problem-solving
