Machine Learning Engineer

We're looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to build the AI models that power our platform's predictive analytics and intelligent recommendations. You'll work on some of the most impactful problems in the product, turning raw data into insights that help teams make better decisions.

What you'll do:
  • Design, train, and deploy machine learning models for anomaly detection, forecasting, and recommendation systems

  • Build and maintain the ML infrastructure that serves predictions to thousands of users in real time

  • Collaborate with the analytics engineering team to create feature pipelines that feed into model training

  • Run experiments to evaluate model performance and continuously improve prediction accuracy

  • Research and implement state-of-the-art techniques in natural language processing for our AI assistant

What you bring:
  • 4+ years of experience building and deploying production machine learning systems

  • Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn

  • Experience with NLP, time series forecasting, or anomaly detection in production environments

  • Familiarity with ML infrastructure tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker

  • A pragmatic approach to ML that prioritizes business impact over technical complexity
