No-code Solutions Specialist

We're hiring a No-code Solutions Specialist to help customers build custom workflows, integrations, and automations using our platform's no-code tools. You'll bridge the gap between what the product can do out of the box and what each customer needs for their unique setup.

What you'll do:

• Design and build custom dashboards, reports, and automated workflows for customers using our no-code tools

• Create templates and pre-built solutions that accelerate onboarding for common use cases

• Document best practices and build self-serve resources that enable customers to build their own solutions

• Provide hands-on support during customer onboarding, helping teams configure integrations and data sources

• Feed insights from customer implementations back to the product team to improve our no-code capabilities

What you bring:

• 2+ years of experience in solutions consulting, technical customer success, or a similar hands-on role

• Strong experience with no-code and low-code tools, APIs, and integration platforms like Zapier or Make

• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into practical, scalable solutions

• Excellent documentation skills with a talent for making complex processes feel simple

• A patient, empathetic communication style that works well with both technical and non-technical users
