We're looking for a Partnerships Lead to build and manage strategic relationships that expand our platform's reach and value. You'll identify, negotiate, and launch partnerships with technology companies, agencies, and channel partners that drive mutual growth.
What you'll do:
Identify and evaluate potential technology, integration, and channel partnership opportunities
Negotiate partnership agreements and co-marketing arrangements that drive measurable business outcomes
Manage existing partner relationships, ensuring alignment on goals, execution, and shared success metrics
Collaborate with product and engineering to prioritize and build integrations that partners and customers need
Develop partner enablement materials, including co-branded content, sales playbooks, and training resources
What you bring:
4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances in B2B SaaS
Proven track record of sourcing, closing, and scaling partnerships that delivered measurable revenue impact
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to structure deals that create genuine value for both parties
Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to maintain trust across multiple stakeholders
Strategic thinker who can balance short-term partner revenue with long-term ecosystem development
