Product Designer

We're hiring a Product Designer to shape how teams interact with their data every day. You'll own the end-to-end design process for core product features, turning complex analytics into interfaces that feel intuitive and even enjoyable to use.

What you'll do:

• Lead the design process from research and ideation through to high-fidelity prototypes and production handoff

• Design new features for our dashboard, reporting, and AI assistant experiences

• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions with real customers

• Build and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform

• Partner closely with engineering and product management to ship designs that balance user needs with technical feasibility

What you bring:

• 4+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS, analytics, or data-heavy applications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in complex interface design and data visualization

• Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems at scale

• A user-first mindset with a passion for simplifying complex workflows

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with asynchronous communication
