Senior Analytics Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to build and maintain the data infrastructure that powers everything our platform does. You'll work at the intersection of engineering and analytics, designing pipelines that process millions of data points daily while keeping everything fast, reliable, and scalable.

What you'll do:

• Design and build data pipelines that ingest, transform, and serve data to our analytics engine in real time

• Optimize query performance across large-scale datasets to maintain sub-second response times

• Collaborate with the machine learning team to ensure clean, structured data feeds into our AI models

• Define and maintain data quality standards, monitoring, and alerting across all data sources

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions that shape the platform's future

What you bring:

• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering or data engineering roles

• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern data stack tools like dbt, Airflow, or Dagster

• Experience building and maintaining real-time data pipelines at scale

• Deep understanding of data modeling, warehousing concepts, and query optimization

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
