Technical Writer

We're hiring a Technical Writer to create and maintain the documentation that helps users get the most out of our platform. You'll own our knowledge base, API documentation, and developer guides, ensuring every piece of content is accurate, clear, and easy to follow.

What you'll do:

• Write and maintain product documentation, including user guides, API references, and integration tutorials

• Create step-by-step onboarding guides that help new users reach their first insight within minutes

• Collaborate with engineering to document new features, endpoints, and configuration options before each release

• Build and organize a knowledge base that reduces support ticket volume and improves self-serve resolution

• Review and edit documentation contributed by other team members to ensure consistency in tone and accuracy

What you bring:

• 2+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably for a SaaS product or developer tool

• Ability to understand technical concepts quickly and explain them in clear, jargon-free language

• Experience with documentation platforms like GitBook, Notion, or ReadMe

• Familiarity with REST APIs and basic programming concepts sufficient to write accurate developer documentation

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to keeping documentation current as the product evolves
